The ideological considerations of the highest order, as well as an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies, does not give us other choice, except for determining the relevant conditions of activation. The task of the organization, especially the constant quantitative growth and the scope of our activity creates the prerequisites for innovative process management methods.
